  • Els Mannekens

    Els Mannekens is an organic chemist who received her PhD in Medicinal Chemistry in 2001. She has now worked at ChemStream for 14 years as senior formulation chemist and specialises in the development of UV-curable inkjet inks for both 2D and 3D IJ printing applications, in the development of stable nano-pigment dispersions and in the synthesis of superabsorbent polymers.

  • Martin Burns

    Martin Burns has extensive experience in product management and marketing within the ink technology sector, currently serving as Market Manager for OEM Inks and Digital Market Sector Manager for EMEA & ASPAC at Nazdar Ink Technologies.

  • Rob Karsten

    Robert Karsten holds degrees in Production & Manufacturing Engineering (DIT) and Mechanical Engineering (Trinity College Dublin), plus an MBA from the University of London. After roles with Smith Industries, Thomas & Betts, Tyco, Scientific Generics and Philips, he joined start-up Phoseon Technology in 2004 to build its EMEA division and pioneer UV LED curing. Through close collaboration with OEMs, materials suppliers and end users, he helped establish Phoseon as a leader in industrial LED light sources.

  • Beate van loo Born

    Beate van Loo-Born is a corporate executive specializing in financial services, data, and sustainability, with a background that includes leadership roles at UBS, the Swiss Stock Exchange, and the non-profit Climate Arc. She became the Group CFO of the German precision manufacturer Physik Instrumente (PI) in January 2025.

  • Peter Brown

    Peter Brown is a physicist with a PhD in semiconducting polymers from the University of Cambridge. He invents, develops and implements advanced manufacturing techniques, focusing on digital deposition and precision coating, with expertise in printing challenging functional fluids beyond conventional inkjet. He leads 42 Technology’s business development and proactive networking for Manufacturing Innovation, with a particular focus on US clients.

  • Nils Gottfried

    Nils Gottfried is Senior Sales Manager for BHS Corrugated GmbH. He holds a degree in Printing Technologies and has over thirty years of experience in the Graphic Arts industry. Before joining BHS Corrugated in 2021, Nils was Product Marketing Manager for Fujifilm Graphics Europe portfolio of Packaging and Wide Format InkJet solutions and worked for GMG Color a leading colour management software company. He worked as well for the Smurfit Kappa Group, as an engineer for print related projects at the corrugator and converting.

  • Lusia Fontanella

    Lusia Fontanella is Sales Director for Inkjet at CyconJet, part of the Mankiewicz Group, where she is responsible for driving sales and growth of the company’s advanced industrial UV inkjet solutions. With extensive experience in the print and coatings sector, Lusia works closely with manufacturers and technology partners across industries including automotive, glass, and industrial décor, helping them adopt high-performance digital inkjet systems. She combines a strong technical understanding of inkjet chemistry with a commercial focus on delivering value and sustainable innovation to customers. Her role at CyconJet underlines the company’s commitment to enabling the next generation of industrial printing.

  • Dario Urbinati

    Dario Urbinati, CEO of Gallus Group since 2022, brings 17 years in global graphic arts leadership. He first joined Gallus in 2003, spending nine years—latterly as Managing Director for Southeast Asia—driving growth and cultural change. He then led Narrow/Mid-Web operations at a major Chinese press maker and, as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at ACTEGA Metal Print, helped launch its sustainable metallization technology. Returning to Gallus in 2021 as Chief Sales & Service Officer, he has delivered the company’s first pure digital inkjet label press, advanced carbon-neutrality efforts, and opened the Gallus Experience Center in St. Gallen.

  • Charles Lissenburg

    Charles Lissenburg is a sales and marketing leader in print and imaging. Since January 2025 he has served as Director of European Sales & Production Services at Keypoint Intelligence, following senior roles including VP Worldwide OEM Sales and Sr. Sales Director at EFI, Chief Commercial Officer at SPGPrints, and GM posts at AVT and Konica Minolta. He holds a Business Economics degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed the NIMA-C written exam.

  • Marc Graindourze

    Marc Graindourze holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from KU Leuven and joined Agfa in 1988. He led R&D projects across graphic films, proofing materials, inkjet media and inks, before becoming Business Development Manager in 2008 and, since 2018, Business Manager for industrial inkjet inks & fluids. He connects industries and system integrators with ink chemistry to enable applications from interior décor and packaging to direct-to-product printing.

    After nearly two decades with HP, Raziel brings a blend of market expertise, customer facing experience and strategic vision. With a career that began serendipitously in HP’s Indigo division, his passion for innovation is palpable.
